How to sense mVdc signal to arduino pin?

Hello,

I have a pressure sensor (custom designed) that give output in mVdc.

And i have no idea how to sense mVdc signal to arduino PIN?

Please give me ideas for that.

Using amplifier how?

Is it possible that i convert this signal to 0-5 volt and sense from microcontroller?
