How to upload bootloader in Atmega32u4-AU using Arduino Uno

Hello, guys, I made a custom arduino board using atmega32u4-AU chip for using kinda keyboard at very first time.
Anyway, It couldn't upload the bootloader when I try to upload the bootloader using Arduino UNO board


Here is What I tried.

  1. Upload the ArduinoISP code in Arduino UNO board
  2. Connect the ISP pins between UNO board and custom board
  3. Select Tools > board:Arduino Leonardo, programmers:Arduino as ISP

  4. Try to burn Bootloader

And I got a error message

I have tried to connect 10uF capacitor between RESET and GND pin in arduino UNO, but It didn't help

So What can I do for uploading the bootloader more?

And I'm a beginner of making PCB, So Please give me any advises for making PCB with Atmega32u4.

I finished this work
Adding the LDO Regulator chips on the custom board can make a deal with this issue.
I hope this comment helpful for anyone who make their own circuit with USB-C type
