Hello Arduino Forum,
Saw similar article but did not help.
Besides getting this over and over it is noticed that

  1. Windows 10 does does not chime when the board is plugged in as it did yesterday.
  2. When Get Board Info is clicked in the Tools men it returns: Native serial port. Cannot get info.
The two ports available in Tools > Port are Com 4 and Com 14.
The two ports available at Device Manager are Arduino Uno (COM6) and Arduino (COM7).
    Also displayed in Device Manager:
  • Standard Serial over Bluetooth link (COM4)
  • Standard Serial over Bluetooth link (COM14)

When the Problem uploading to Board message has been returned before (as it has so many times and is a major problem w using Arduino) the problem was solved by getting the ports shown in Device Manager to match the ports shoe in the IDE > Tools > Ports.
But the Device Manager won't change and the IDE > Tools > Ports won't allow for adjustment.
How to get these two to line up?
Thanks.
