Hi, I am new to Arduino and wanted to create a clicker for when bored. I have made the circuit but I don't know how to make the button add points to the total score. I want to make it accessible in Tinkercad and I don't have any code regarding the button.
First off, show us your schematic of the circuit you have made.

I looked at the code and skimmed through it but it doesn't say how to do it using an LCD. I do not have an I2C
You are correct the code normally does not show you how to do it, that is why we ask for annotated schematics, they do show that. Draw one by hand or CAD and post it we will help you through it.
If you have an lcd that you want to display the score on, then why didn't you say this in post #1? Please send a schematic with all the parts included
