I don't know how to install library on Mac os x

My laptop is MacBook Pro. My operating system is Mac OS x mountain Lion.

i tried to install some library in order to make some project such as IR remote controller.

but i have some problem on installing library.

where should i install? Information on the most website only teach how to install on Windows.

From your home directory, click on "Documents".

Then you'll see a folder called "Arduino" (if you have already launched the IDE).

If you don't have one already, create a folder called "libraries".

From there, put libraries (each in their old folders).
