I2C Display PCB Footprint Help

Hello all!

I am trying to make a PCB for a SH1107 128x128 I2C display to use with an Arduino. I am getting confused with the measurements in the data sheet though!

Here is the measurements:

What is each pin's width and length? And what is the distance between each?

Also, here is the data sheet:

Thanks in advance!

Looks like 0.35mm wide, 2mm long, spaced every 0.65mm (with 0.3mm gaps between pins)

Thanks @DaveX !

That mechanical drawing was making me go cross-eyed :man_facepalming: .

I think you should be using a connector for the display. You wouldn't want to solder that fanout strip to the board.

Oh! I wasn’t sure if I should use a connector or not.

Edit:
Would that be a FFC / FPC connector @JohnRob ?

I've seen them in various devices (laptop) however I've never purchased the raw connector. You might look at some of the RasbPi's that have a camera input. I think they use a similar connector.
