Can you find a commercial furnace that meets your requirements? If so, we can probably help you figure out how to control it with an Arduino.
I took a quick look at heat-treating ovens that large. They cost in the tens of thousands of dollars and need HUGE amounts of electricity. If you want one that can hold a vacuum, that would cost many times more.
