It is possible to connect phone lcd directly to arduino?

I have a bunch of old phones, and i was wondering if is there anyway to use its screen with arduino.

maybe somthing like a controller board to "translate" anything to be able to interact with it.

thanks.

There were projects using old Nokia displays, but otherwise you'd need a time machine to get the datasheets

Probably not worth the effort.

There would be a need for documentation and a software library.

These are small but easy to use and are inexpensive, ≈ $5 each.

I2C, SSD1306

Im building a time machine, but i need a display

sad... it could be a good way to give another life to those phones...

Hi, I know.. I have those

but they are small, i need something about 4,3" and bigger resolution... And somthing says me that its going to be expensive xD

There are some projects in the Net to use old phone screens with arduino. But it is always a different code for every different display, so if you don't find ready code for your display, it will be complicate task for each separate phone.
as a conclusion, I agree with @LarryD - the result is not worth the efforts.
On the market there are many cheap displays, ready to use with arduino

I know, it was an idea to reutilize hardware.

The phone displays of such sizes and resolution most probably can't works with arduino at all - these displays are too "heavy" for it and has an incompatible interfaces
