Are those schematics ok for a l298? I found it on the l298 datasheet and my motor is supplied with 20 V and absorbs 0.2 A. How can I design R sense? Do I need heatsinker?
Do you intend to monitor the current level? If not then bypass the shunt resistor
(ie use a zero ohm shunt).
Yes, heatsink advised, but for a 0.2A motor you might get away without one.
