Trying to use the web editor I can see some problems on layout mainly on dropdowns transparency and tabs.
Looking on console I there's some errors.
The screenshots are from Firefox but I can see the same on Chrome.
I have disabled the uBlock origin also.

Have you changed your screen settings from the original graphic size. I would make that change if my cheap computer did not have a good screen resolution, but the end result would be the website tried to put things where it thought they should be, but it was all askew (every web site knows your OS and the graphics resolution setting, and much, much more - see Google Analytics).
