LCD1602 and Power Module MB V2

Hi guys,

I'v a problem. If I connect the power supply of LCD Module directly to the arduino board, the test programm works fine.

If I change the power supply of LCD to the external power module an reset the test programm, LCD only shows gibberish.

Background is, I need the 5V power port on the arduino board for a extra device.

In the first pic where the GND from Arduino is connected?
