Lesson 1 error upload

Download lesson 1 from Arduino site, preform all correct following the online instruction Verifying port and board is confirmed ok . Using windows 11

Below is the message that i get when trying to upload lesson 1 for Arduino uno R3 .

Can't open sketch: main file missing from sketch: C:\Users\jmacl\AppData\Local\Temp\f5541f63-5402-4179-a1e7-559c6699f35d_lesson-1.zip.35d\lesson1\lesson1.ino

Compilation error: Can't open sketch: main file missing from sketch: C:\Users\jmacl\AppData\Local\Temp\f5541f63-5402-4179-a1e7-559c6699f35d_lesson-1.zip.35d\lesson1\lesson1.ino

What is going wrong?

Did you extract the files from the .zip file and put them in a folder ? If so, where did you put them ?
