linear ballscrew cnc table

i'm using Arduino r3 tb6600 motor controllers and 16mm c7 ballscrews, and nema 23 motors, Either it wont work ar it likes to hummm a lot, as soon as you connect the usb tom the Arduino, it starts to hum oh and im using grbl, I know their is more amperage in the tb6600 (3) amp but ive also used the Arduino stacked with a4988. thus it will ,only give 2 amps, ill sketh up a circle, send to g code sender and hit play

it will move real slow even if I adjust the feed rate it will only travel at one speed. and they wind when they go around.

back up one month I built a cnc laser from china no instruction two weeks later runs like a champ, two nema 17's and a stainsmat controller, I know I figured it out,i can program chicken duck tractors and place them where I want on the cutting board and run it at different speeds.

so two cnc machines two different control board and they don't act alike

tb6600 set for 3 amp 1/4 step

what am I missing thanks Robert

Is this the same project as your other Thread? If so please click Report to Moderator and ask to have them merged so we have all the info in one place.

Then take a few minutes to read both of your Threads and see if you can make sense of what you have written, because I cannot.

Can you turn the ballscrews with your fingers? Post a link to the motors and a schematic.

Try 16 times microstepping. Test the motors without load first. Check the mechanical parts with motor
removed too. Localize the problem.

im new to this ill see about merging or deleting one , thank you all ,for your replies

OKMI NARROWED ITM DOWN TO GRBL WICH IS DOWN LOADED TO THE ARDUINO.

FROM LINES 110 TO 120 ARE ALL SETTING TO MAKE THINGS GO FASTER OR SLOWER BUY STEPPING AND OR VOLTAGE

IS IT POSSIABLE FOR SOMONE WHO BUILT THEIR OW MCNC PLASMA MACHINE TO SHARE THEIR GRBL SETTINGS

SORRY FOR CAPS NPOT YELLING JUAST A REDNECK THANK Robert
