Hello all,

I want make Li-ion pack, (6s/10p), this is the li-ion cell type: sony_us18650vtc6
Also I am using BMS from Litech (BMS D596V1 for 22.2V 6S Li-ion/Li-Polymer Battery Packs (70A Charge, 70A Discharge) - LiTech Power Co.,Ltd)
All cells same brand, not used before, same manufacture.

My question is:
1- Is it is safe to use 10 parallel battery?
2- Will they stay balanced after many uses?
3- Does the BMS support CC,CV charging or I should use special charger?
4- is it dangerous to charge and discharge in same time?

    18650 batteries don't have balancing. You would need a BMS that can balance them. You're BMS link is BROKEN.
    Besides, it is a LI-PO charger NOT a LI-ION charger (apples and oranges)
    The BMS connectors look like 6S LIPO connectors.
    The BMS link says this:

. PCM comes with all the voltage detection wires and connectors.

Are you in the SAME country as that vendor. (I can't call because their are outside the USA) Call them and ask THEM.
In order to use that BMS , you would have to make you're own cable using the mate for a 6S [Lip JST-XH connectors](6S Balance Lead JST-XH 6S1P Balance Connector for Sale - RaceDayQuads %3A SSEO\").

3- Does the BMS support CC,CV charging or I should use special charger? (SEE #2)
Yes, you need an 18650 charger
4- is it dangerous to charge and discharge in same time? To my knowledge they are mutually exclusive.

Thanks you for reply and support,

  1. All 18650 batteries are same capacity, brand, manufacture, also all them new (not used before),
  2. As mentioned in the BMS description it support LI-ion and LIPO, for connectors I have many, I will make suitable connector for it.
  3. do you have any recommendation for Li ion charger?

I gave you Google search link for chargerrs. I have one of those but they're probably all similar.

These chargers are not suitable to my application, because I have battery pack, all cells welded together with the MBS,
now my only issue is I need add CC,CV charging specification to my system.

Do you have any recommendation?
