Hi,
I'm new in this field and I'm having trouble finding the right load cell for my project.
I need a load cell for dynamic loads, beam type,100gr, sampling frequency 300 Hz.
I have bought many load cell but all of them show huge irregularity in the signals.
Can somebody suggest some ideas or sensors.

If someone suggested a sensor, but you have already tested and rejected it, what is the point of suggesting another sensor? List what you have tried and rejected.

Try using UNO and post the following results:
(a) Count at 0gm load
(b) Count at 100gm Load
(c) Gain of the Input Device (Load Cell, Wiring, HX711)
(d) Offset of the Input device
