Marked component EDBE0 in SOT-23.. God only knows what it is...

Years ago, I have bought some SMD parts from local stores, however not made a catalog, trusted them they are labeled all parts. As this is just a hobby, I have not did any homemade project for a long time now, but now I have much more free time...

Now, I have found a bag with dozen parts not labeled at all.

Only I can see is printed in plastic on top of SOT-23 package is EDBE0. I have no idea what that could be, as well as bad practice of some local stores is to sell one and give completely different part, especially for such a small SMD packages.

I wonder if anyone can find in some specialized catalog what that could be (Google is useless).

Thanks very much for any attempt.

I find the following site to be quite helpful trying to identify SMD parts.
http://www.marsport.org.uk/smd/mainframe.htm
"(Google is useless)"
I used "SMD Code" on Google - not so useless...

I have tried already several public databases with no results, as this one:
http://www.smdcode.com/en/

This part is not listed as well as from link you suggested. I have assumed the complete base must be payed, that is the reason I asked.

How many different SMD parts exists so far? At least 300K ?
Is there some world wide central register for SMD parts available publicly?

Thanks in any way for your help.

Hi,
How is the EDBEO structure on the SMD?

EDB
EO

or

ED
BEO

Are all the digits the same size?

Hi,
Is the package 3 pin or 5 pin?

Tom...
Can you post a closeup picture of it?

This is the best I have manage with camera. Unfortunately I do not have any microscope.

As far I can see:

ED is with underline
BE is with upper line

All is wrote in one line.
Dimension are standard SOT-23 with 3 pins.

Thank you very much for your time.

Hi,
Thanks EDBE0 the last letter is zero

Great macro.

If it was 5pin it could have been a charge/buck/boost chip.

Those underlines will have meaning also.
Probably a custom batch of something, unless you can test it somehow i do not think you will have much luck.

Cannot even identify the manufacturer

I would bet there's a fair bit more than that.
Could be a simple diode, or a transistor, but it could be a JFET, or a mosfet, or a ........

If this is from years ago, chances are it's a transistor. You could meter it out to find that out
