Hello Everyone. I'm a 5th year ECE student and currently on my last semester of studying. Our thesis is a massage chair based on the blood pressure level.
Our first idea is to buy a blood pressure monitor with bluetooth but unfortunately we can't find one in our country. So we are forced to hack a normal bp monitor so that we can get the data from it and transfer it to our arduino so we can use it in changing the massage speed.
We would deeply appreciate any form of help or tips in hacking our bp monitor to be able to get the measured data from it.

Lotsa luck!
Disappointed?
The simple answer is that unless the digital oscillotonometer (BP monitor to you!) is designed to output the readings in a suitable format - as you imply the Bluetooth device is - then it is simply not practical.
Most use LCD displays. "Hacking" a LCD display is simply not practical.
This is just the nature of the integrated design of purpose-built equipment.
You might be better off starting with a cuff that you inflate and measure the inflation pressure .
You may have some success if you can get to the pressure measurement part in your BP device and take an analog output from that .
But as previously mentioned you’ve no chance with the display
