Hello im new to all this kind of construction and came across the memristor technologie.
I posted a view links and quotes related to this here
http://galaxymachine.de/Physics
Does anyone experiments with memristor or has some infos?
So basicly i can compare 2 resistor in relation *charge and flux, with 10 transistor?
Thanks

Yes HP works on nanoscale memristor NEC
Out of curiousity i posted this in addition

On the bottom are some links, see the HP news item from 2008 and the other links, especialy the memristor system symposium, featuring Prof L Chua and related science includeing howto build analog memristor or OS development.

A memristor (/ˈmɛmrɪstər/; a portmanteau of memory resistor) is a non-linear two-terminal electrical component relating electric charge and magnetic flux linkage. It was described and named in 1971 by Leon Chua, completing a theoretical quartet of fundamental electrical components which comprises also the resistor, capacitor and inductor.
Chua and Kang later generalized the concept to memristive systems. Such a system comprises a circuit, of multiple conventional components, which mimics key ...
