Modify circuit to drive a small dc motor vs led

I created the following circuit as part of my project to drive LED indicator, it worked just fine but later on the project I decided to use this circuit to drive a small 5v DC fan 0.26amp. and it doesn't work, it just does nothing, I checked with a multimeter and I'm getting aprox 5v, I think I have to use a MOSFET to drive the fan but.. If I measure 5v between pins... why doesn't spin?

Using a AO3401A P-MOSFET would work for my requeriments?

No FET req'd.; R5 resistor (0Ω); place the fan/motor where the LED is; R2 470Ω.
