Come on, how can anyone be expected to answer that? "Humanoid robot" could be almost anything, any
size, with any set of requirements.
Have a look at how Boston Dynamics did it. That's a big company with many, many millions in military funding. They did not get it all to fit into a single humanoid - most of their robots are built like they are carrying a huge backpack.
You will always make compromises, unless you are just building the robot in CGI for a movie. You can have it strong but then the motors don't fit. You can have it look good but it's mounted on a big square box that holds all the motors with cable drives run up the middle of the robot.
Which compromise is important to you? Does it have to lift a specific weight, look like a movie robot, or what?
