Mounting DC Power Jack Socket to PCB

I have some projects I want to finalise now so will be moving components to proto board.

For power I am buying these and am wondering how to attach them to the proto board itself.

Bearing in mind unlike the other components it will have to suffer some pressure being applied as the power cable is inserted and removed however many times, so what is a good solid way to mount this?

What Proto board?

If using a proto board, I assume it is temporary. Simply solder a flying lead to the connector and plug in as you would any other component.

Here is the board that I am using.

Try laying them flat and use expiry glue
Then wire to the terminals as needed.
