I have a mouse encoder printing to serial monitor. It only prints when the wheel moves then returns to 0. It prints negative or positive values depending on directon of rotation.
So heres my question:
Can i use this for my wind vane sensor in my weather station? Is there a way i can make it hold the value and position based on where it last stopped at?
