My computers don't recognize the agent to connect my nano 33 IoT

Hi, I've just bought an Arduino nano 33 IoT.
I've downloaded the ArduinoCreateAgent.app and installed it.
It seems to be ok, but when I'm trying to set it up it appears a message on the web
"Arduino Create Agent not found"
"You need to download and install the Agent in order to upload sketches from Arduino Cloud platform to your board or device."
Previously I installed the new board on the IDE
I've tried to do it in MacOs High Sierra and Windows 10.
Some idea to solve it?

Hi @jsimon65. I don't have any experience with macOS, so someone else here can provide you with guidance for getting it working on your Mac machine.

However, I do have experience using it with Windows, so I'll try to help you out on that machine.

You need to have Arduino Create Agent running. You should see it the white circle icon with the infinity symbol Arduino logo when you check your Windows "Notification Area" or "Overflow Area" (click the ˄ icon in the "Notification Area").

If you don't see the icon there, then you need to start the Arduino Create Agent.

After that, you should be able to use Arduino Web Editor and Arduino IoT Cloud with your new Nano 33 IoT.

Yes, the agent it's installed, and I can access to the debug console and to web of IOT. Then when I select my board and I trie to install it , it appears the message, once and again:
"Arduino Create Agent not found"
"You need to download and install the Agent in order to upload sketches from Arduino Cloud platform to your board or device."
The same in macOS and windows

It must be a "Secret Agent"

sorry I couldn't help myself...

Jajaja.
