Nano with stepper motor and MP6500 driver

Hi there!
I'm currently working on a project that uses an Arduino Nano, an MP6500 driver, and a bipolar stepper motor rated for 3.8V 0.67A/Phase.
I'm trying to have it run off of a single 12v power source with a 3A output. I got the driver and the motor on Pololu (links above).
Here is my wiring diagram:

I think this would work but I'm not completely sure, I just don't want to fry anything. There is also the possibility that its completely wrong.
If you have a few minutes to take a peak that would be very much appreciated, thanks!

Great job of posting the links and schematic. It should work just fine but be sure to first adjust the current using the on-board trimmer potentiometer for setting the current limit.
