NE555 Timer Delay Module modifications

I got this NE555 Timer delay module (12 v - 10 s delay) but need simple modifications

• decrease the maximum delayed time to 4.7 seconds instead of 10s
• change the multi-turns trimpot to single turn potentiometer

So i am planning to change the capacitor (100uf - 50v) to 47uf -50v , will this make the max delayed time 4.7s?

And
Can i change the trimpot with the same value potentiometer?
