I have a laser rangefinder sensor, and I want to connect it to Arduino Nano. However, I'm ok with the connection but need your support about coding it.

Please link to datasheet. Impossible to advise without knowing what the interface spec is and what you're trying to achieve.

Appears to have a serial interface but they don't seem to specify baudrate! Is the PSU 3v or 5v (what is Vbat and why?) Why is there a photo of a different PCB with a USB connector, is that a USB-serial adapter? Did they supply that as well? And finally, what are you trying to achieve when you measure the range? Is this by any chance a school project?
Where did you find that sensor? 1 mm accuracy is very impressive. Please post a link to the product page.
It is isn't it? 3.3 picoseconds...they must have a hell of a high clock rate....
I'm guessing that the hardware averages many, if not hundreds of measurements. It is slow.
