I'm a beginner. I want to connect a load cell to the SparkFun Qwiic Scale - NAU7802. This is my load cell.

Can I get some guidance on how to connect this load cell?

10volt is likely the maximum recommended excitation voltage for that load cell.
That doesn't mean you can't use it on a lower voltage.
