I'm new to Arduino and need help making a circuit that will connect to a Logitech gamepad via Bluetooth. the motors are attached to a tether and will need to run 3 motors with variable speed control. The motors only need to be able to go forward and reverse. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

I might suggest that instead of Arduino, you consider using hobby RC parts for this job. You're going to find everything you need already pre-built; it should just be a "plug it together" job.
