"No associated device found" , Arduino IoT Cloud

Hi,
I have a Arduino Uno R4 WiFi and working from a Mac.

When trying to upload through IoT Cloud I stumble on the problem of finding the connected device. As shown in picture below:

I am getting the "No associated device found" and when standing on the magnifying glas to the right of "open full editor" i get the message: "no device found, serial port unavailable".

Some tips on what I can do to solve the problem?

You need to install Arduino Creat Agent, add Arduino Uno R4 WiFi as device and then associate it with the "thing" you created. Check these:
Install the Arduino Create Agent
Use UNO R4 WiFi with Arduino IoT Cloud and Getting Started With the Arduino IoT Cloud

I have done that, both dowloaded Create Agent and associated it with the thing the code is related to.

Did you update the "connectivity module firmware on UNO R4 WiFi1? Check Update the connectivity module firmware on UNO R4 WiFi.
Delete the board as a device, then do this update, make sure that the Create Agent is running , add the device again as a device and then associate it with the thing created. Note: Make sure your machine does not have USB issue, that it, it recorgnise the board.

Sadly I can not install the uppgrade, se picture below:

I have tried multiple times.

Contact Arduino Support via Contact us with details of the issue and your purchase receipt. We will help you fix it.

Also worth to mention is that the RX light on the arduino is blinkin constantly about 3 times per second.
