No port COM create

Hi,
I have install IDE Arduino, I have link my Arduino Due on port USB (native and programming port) but my computer doesn't recognise anything.
I can't communicate with the Due. I try to install manually the Port "Arduino Due" and "Arduino Due programming" but the computer fall to start the periphery (code 10).

I'm on Windows 11.

PS: Sorry for my English

Have you looked in the Device Manager - are the two COM ports actually appearing there?

No, i have nothing.

The Due has micro-USB connectors. Micro-USB cables come in two flavours; charge-only and data/sync.

My guess is that you're using a charge-only cable.

Yes - that'd be the first thing to check!

I found a other cable but it doesn't work any more, i will got a new cable tomorrow.

NB: the Due work with an old program i have upload since many years with a other computer.

Do any of your cables work with any other devices? Or is it just the DUE that doesn't work?

i had on around 10 cables in here.... all charge only  But the cable from my car navigation worked fine. If you have a old digital camera, the cable should work well, too

I haven't no device for test but i buy a cable, it will be delivered tomorrow.

Thanks.

Hi,
It's all right !

Thanks

You mean the new cable fixed it?

You've marked post #3 as the Solution - but that post tells us nothing about how you solved the problem!

Sorry, it was a mistake.
The new cable fixed it.
