Not able to connect MKR WAN to Arduino Cloud / TTS

Hi,

In the past I have successfully connected my MKR WAN 1310 to Arduino cloud using the Things Stack account. But recently I wanted to clean up my devices and deleted the MKR WAN device from Arduino cloud. I then wanted to add the same device again, but I was unable to get it successfully connected to Arduino Cloud when following "Add device" process. In the trouble shooting I have deleted my Things Stack TTS account hoping that would solve things and a new TTS account is created with option to add new devEUI from Arduino Cloud, but this did not work and maybe only made things worse? I am still stuck at a frozen step 3 of adding a device ("Creating device")... I have already tried the basic stuff like uninstalling agent and restarting computers etc...

Can someone please help me connect my MKR WAN 1310 to Arduino Cloud again?? Or someone from Arduino can check whether my TTS account was successfully deleted?

Thanks in advance!
Nico

Hi @nicovogel,

I just checked, and your account is still there. I see an end device with ID eui-a8610a3230478004 that is still registered. Do you want me to delete it so you can try creating the device again?

Hi @mirkocurtolo , many thanks for checking. Yes, please go ahead an delete the device.

I also cannot login to TTS anymore, as I "deleted" my account. Perhaps you can delete my account from your end as well? Then hopefully a new account is created once I add the MKR WAN device in Arduino Cloud, including new login credentials? Please advise!

Device and application deleted. Please, let me now if this resolve the issue.

@mirkocurtolo , uhm.. Device setup process still stuck at step 3 (creating device), see below image... Can you please delete my The Things Stack TTS account as well? Maybe that helps?

Or any other advise you can give me?

done, please try again

Uhm, thanks for your help, but unfortunately still not working... Anything else I can try to connect my MKR WAN 1310...?

We can try to identify what's going wrong during the setup. Could you please use your browser's inspect function and check in the network tab if you see errors in the request sent to the server? Errors are usually highlighted in red.

That would be great, appreciate it. Please see below screenshot of the errors that popped up in the Developer Console when the device setup is stuck at "creating device" step 3. Let me know if I can check anything else?

Sorry @nicovogel, the registration of your account wasn't completely deleted because I found another panel where your user was still registered. Now I believe (and hope) I purged every aspect of your TTS account. Please remove every lora device from your Arduino account and try again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Awesome, it works now! Many thanks for your support on this issue. I will not delete this device anymore now it's connected again, nor my TTS account
