One broken pin

There is one broken pin on my Nano - any way to repair without unsoldering all the headers?

If you get a helper to hold the board, you can heat the pin and pull it through (out) with pliers.
Then you have to find another header and remove one of the pins from it. I would clip off the plastic to have a nice clean pin (one that's free of any organic contamination.)
Then place that pin in the Nano.

As runaway has said, these pins are not hard to replace. The pins slide in the carrier fairly easily.

A bit of heat applied whilst pulling the pin up through the solder side while maintaining heat so it does not set and pull the track off. Make sure you don't hold heat too long or you will lift the track.

Remove the solder from the hole then insert the pin removed from the new strip. Re solder.
