I'm designing an aquarium controller with integrated Ph sensor.
Now I've seen so many schematics and pcb designs that I can't tell what's right and wrong.

I've made a two schematic:

Can someone point me in the right direction?
Which of the two is heading the right direction?

I'm not looking for a dead accurate sensor but my goal is +-0.05 degree accuracy.

The second looks OK.
It'd be very helpful though if you'd use the normal schematic symbols for the OpAmp (I happen to know the LMP7702 as that's one that I'm looking at as well for use with a pH sensor).
