I just bought my first Arduino and I can't upload the program to the bord. When i would like to upload the software to the board I got this message :

The board and the port is ok(It recognize the Uno).

Your OS and version can be valuable information, please include it along with extra security you are using. Antivirus etc.
Always list the version of the IDE you are using and the board version if applicable.
Use quote or add error messages as an attachment NOT a picture.
Remove any connections to pins 0 and 1 on your Arduino board. These pins are used for communication with your computer, including uploads. Connecting anything to these pins can interfere with uploads.
Make sure you have the correct board selected from the Tools > Board menu. Note that some boards have similar names, but are not interchangeable: "Arduino Uno" vs. "Arduino Uno WiFi" vs. "Arduino Uno WiFi Rev2".
