Problem with Arduino PoE Ethernet Shield

Dear Friends,
I have bought four Arduino Ethernet shields with PoE module from Sparkfun Electronics. I am using Belkin RJ-45 cable with it. When I hook up this shield to Arduino Uno and connect to Internet port(can provide power) the setup isnt powered up. Please advise me on how i could power up the device !!

Did i miss any component?? Am i using correct cable ??
Please help me Arduino !!
Here are the list of components I used:
1)Ethernet Shield: Arduino Ethernet Shield with PoE Module - DEV-11230 - SparkFun Electronics
2)RJ-45 cable: Amazon.com

Successfully powered using right cable and right power module at other end !!
