Hi,
Is it possible to sort ferrous and non-ferrous metal (iron, aluminum, copper) with inductive proximity sensor and get data what metal it is when detecting?

Please post a link to the sensor.
The document states the ONLY output is either off or on, not the type of metal.
You need at least the analog reading type. There will be some difference in reading with different metals because the eddy current losses differ with conductivity. However, the readings also vary with target size and distance. So to get a useful answer here, you have to completely describe your project. You have already been advised on how to do that in the introductory thread that you were asked to read when you signed up.
