PWM control IGBT

Hello arduino community I need someone to show me how can I control this IGBT module FSBB20CH60C with arduino to drive and controls an 3 phase AC motor treadmill in data sheet this IGBT have 6pwm input and 6 Igbt transistor en the output

My equipment is highly limited. If You post clickable links to the datasheets it would help a lot

Hi, @nassih
Welcome to the forum.

Can you tell us the project details please?
That IGBT module can handle quit a bit of serious power?

Are you aiming to include short circuit/current detection, phase voltage monitoring, DC Bus voltage monitoring among other things?

Have you got a block diagram of your design showing your basic control/sense components?

Thanks.. Tom.. :+1: :coffee: :australia:

See the application note how to connect the module to the Arduino. I have no idea about the dependency of the 3 phase power input and output - can you explain?

Hi,
see page 13 of the datasheet,

hello the idea of this project is to replace the work of the microcontroller which often breaks down and that I will have to find a solution to make this machine work again, the mcu is programmed to drive the IGBT module which will also drive a treadmill duty motor

her is the datasheet of IGBT module

tanks sir i have see the wiring diagram and component,i need the programme to control duty cycle and frequency to control the speed of the motor

I would suggest before you worry about driving the IGBT's you determine how to control the motor.

This is a home type thread mill, so it is powered by single phase 120 VAC (unless your in the UK or another 220V country.

So I guess the 1st question is:
What type of power does this thread mill operate from? 120 or 220, do you have 1 or 3 phases?

The nameplate states 60 Hz so my best guess would be USA with 120V and 1 phase.

hi john this machine can work on 120vac and 230vac but it would be necessary to cut a jumper which has the role of doubling the IGBT supply voltage, on the terminals of the condos may have 320v dc

Not sure what you are saying. What is this thing you call "condos"?

sorry i meant capacitor
