QN8027 FM radio Transmitter --- Question

Is there any one know how to drive the QN8027 FM radio module ??? and is there the module library???
How can i solve this problem???

the receiver i have used the Tea5767 module , and there is Tea5767 arduino library , so convenient to tuning the receive frequency , now i am reading the QN8027 transmitter module datasheet .

i found there is no library for QN8027 , and almost no data about this module when i found google , is there any one played this module ?
