Reading temp data from BD71847AMWV on the Portenta X8

Hi all,

Does anyone have a python script to share re. the BD71847AMWV. I did a scan with smbus2 and found it's at 0x4D. Still trying to figure out the datasheet as I'm missing the extract registers that need to be accessed.
