I've been trying to figure out what this part is. I've tried Googling "T1 0A8" , " TI 0A8", "T1 0AB", "TI 0AB", "T1 OAB", "TI OAB", as well as in combination with "2013", and "AHRFF".
I cant seem to find it. I tried the digikey website as well as the Texas Instruments website, but also came out with nothing.
If it helps it is a 16-pin chip.
It could be a chip from Texas Instruments for charging a battery of laptop.
The part number has been removed, it is above the "2013".
If they (ok, badly) scratched out the code, bringing to many combinations, so I just agree it could be from Texas Instruments (but not so sure...) but I think it's almost impossible unless you (and us) know what that chip does (aka the kind of device) and/or what/where has been used for.
You will have to get the multimeter out and start measuring the connections with other components on the board and based on that draw a schematic. That way people might be able to see the relationship between the unknown device and everything else.

I have no clue what it does. Im trying to practice troubleshooting PCBs. I picked up a random one and went through the components. Checked the continuity of components to see where everything connects. A couple pins on this device seemed not to be connected to anything. Hence, i wanted to look it up to see what those pins could be.
You may want to take a photo from the whole PCB. Who knows someone recognizes it or recognizes a certain layout configuration.
Looks like a VQFN16 package from Texas Instruments
There are "only" 423 of those when I search in Mouser's catalog
