Hi

I want to record EMG Dataset with the help or Arduino UNO and Advancer Technologies Muscle Sensor.This dataset will be used for signal classification by Artificial Intelligence based neural network.Propose me a methodology to achieve this task.Looking forward for your reply.

There is already enough information out there.

You can find the user manual online and construct the arduino code yourself

Or

You could get other EMG sensors with ready libraries and arduino code
