Safari does not recognize create agent

I am on an iMac running Catalina 10.15.7 I was able to install the create agent but Arduino Cloud does not recognize the plugin.

I had the same issue, I switched to using Chrome which seems to work ok. I think it's a permissions thing with Safari blocking the plugin. I haven't played around with Safari settings but it may be a simple fix.
