Arduino Create Agent not working

Hi - I'm on Macos Monterey (12.6.5), and I can't get the Create agent to see any of devices (RP2040 Connect). The devices work, and the create agent version is the latest (1.3.2). I can start and stop the agent, and I've tried with Firefox and Safari. When I try and add a device, I get "We could not find any Arduino devicePlease try to: Restart the Create Agent on the computer. Reconnect the device to the computer with another USB cable and make sure the power LED lights up. Reset your device"

If I try and connect on Safari I get the "Creat agent not found" message. Needless to say I've tried other cables and rebooting, etc. I've updated the create agent to the latest version, but still no joy.

I'm dead in the water with my devices. Can anyone help?

Thanks
Mark

I have a similar problem on MacOS 13.4.1 using Safari. Works fine on Chrome or using the IDE.

I've moved your topic to a more suitable location on the forum.

Hi @markprince , @craigmcg
can you please check if this solution works for you?

You have two threads on the same subject. This isn't a fishing hole.

That seems to have fettled it. I have a way forward now. The "Generate and Install HTTPS" option is now greyed out, and it works in Safari. It also worked in Chrome without having to do this.

Thanks for your help.

This worked for me. Grazie!

@markprince , @chosenatrandom ,

Please see the PM I have sent you and respond.

Thank you.

This worked for me. Thank you

"Generate and Install HTTPS certificates" worked for me. Thank you!

I have a similar issue. My MAC OS is 10.13 and ArduinoCreateAgent requires 10.15: any solution or I have to use the IDE ?

(by the way, MAC from 2011 with no system upgrade available)

Thanks for your help
