SD/TF card not working with ESP32-WROVER

I'm a 14-year-old boy currently working on a project involving a small NAS (Network-Attached Storage) using an ESP32 Wrover and three SD cards. I designed the PCB myself, and everything is working well except for one issue. The problem is that I am not able to communicate/detect any of the SD/TF cards. I do not know if this is because of bad hardware connection or if it is in the software. Could someone please assist me in resolving this problem? I have included my schematics for reference. Thank you!

Also , please note that the FPC connector is connected to another boards for the SD cards.

When you fail to "post your code" you usually end up with wise-guy comments about crystal balls and such.

The code I used is :

/*
 * Connect the SD card to the following pins:
 *
 * SD Card | ESP32
 *    D2       -
 *    D3       SS
 *    CMD      MOSI
 *    VSS      GND
 *    VDD      3.3V
 *    CLK      SCK
 *    VSS      GND
 *    D0       MISO
 *    D1       -

An actual picture of how you have the ESP32 and SD cards connected up would help too.

Hello , the SD cards are connected through a Ribbon cable so a picture would not help but here are the connection :

**SD**              **Esp32**
3.3v                  3.3v
DO                    Gpio19
DI                    Gpio23
Sclk                  Gpio18
GND                   GND
CS1(SD 1)             Gpio15
CS2(SD 2)             Gpio21
CS3(SD 3)             Gpio22
