i'm not really good with english please understand thank you.
I'm new to arduino and have no idea the limits of arduino. I'm currently trying to make something for bike experience project if it is possible and this is the plan.
there is a cadence sensor and i'm trying to see if arduino can receive the cadence and beep or send alert on speaker when it reaches certain rpm.
is this possible with arduino?

You will have to tell us which sensor you exactly have.

Which one exactly? I found e.g. GARMIN (ZA) | Cadence Sensor 2 that seems to use Bluetooth. In which case you need an Arduino with integrated Bluetooth or an Arduino with an external Bluetooth module.
I can't help you further with that.
