What SIM modules are suitable for 4G in Australia, and maybe with 5G. From web searches I suspect SIM7670 and/or SIM7600 but I don't know if a particular suffix letter means it's ok for Australia.
You can run oncle Google on "4G + Australia". The home page of the manufactorer, or seller, might have useful infomation

Thanks for those search hints. They led me to this page. Scroll down a little to discover SIM7600E-H covers 4G in EMEA countries that include Australia.
There might be other solutions but this will get me started.
