Sim7600 breakout voltage levels

Anybody got any experience with these breakout boards?

I am struggling to find out the necessary voltage levels for using the sim76xx breakout boards from here:

I want to know if you can directly interface with Arduino(5v) or have they taken care of TTL conversation with transistors dotted all over it.

I have sent an inquiry to them but don't expect to get a reply.

Also what's the deal with the sleep pin, can't it be put sleep with AT commands or does it require pulling down before hand

The info is sketchy on the website so I was hoping for some insight before purchasing.
