If you are planning on plated vias and that includes the holes for these pins, be sure you have a reamer to enlarge the vias.
A reamer would ruin any vias.
No! We had a set ( I still have them) that did NOT cut, only pressed the plating out a bit to allow a lead to pass. Used many times. Via plating is not an exact science!
Sorry, I'd never heard of a reamer like that.
For me a reamer is a cutting tool.
I would call expanding a hole without removing material swaging.
Your PCB CAD should let you specify the plated through hole diameter.
For 2mm pin, make it 2.5 or 3mm hole.
