Speech to braille converter for deafblind individuals

is it possible to connect 6 solenoids to an arduino nano?

An Arduino Nano can control six drivers for DC solenoids, but the solenoids must be powered separately.

how can I power it separately

You would use a separate power supply, suitable for the solenoids you choose.

Something like this DC motor driver circuit would work. The diode is required, one for each solenoid.

Please post a link to the solenoid product page or data sheet.

If you are building more than a toy, I hope you are working with a Braile reading person to guide your design.

What type of Nano?

I don't know if any type of Nano can convert speech to Braile or other data. It takes a lot of computing power!

Spend some valuable time with a blind person. Have them explain how to read Braille. You will understand they read "WORDS", not letters, and they use both hands. On the other side, can you visually read text at the same speed as you listen to it being read by another person
But, your project is an excellent one to learn from, so don't give up.
