SS94A1F Hall effect sensor

Hi everybody!

I have a SS94A1F hall effect sensor, and a AD7715 and an Arduino UNO.
Can someone help me, how to wire it up?

The SS94A1F needs 6.6 ... 12.6V.
Can you get a SS94A1B ? That one works at 5V.
